Disadvantages: not suitable for small batch production; not suitable for excessive color or complex pattern design;
Pattern requirements: The pattern can only be a single color or a combination of single colors; the lines cannot be too thin.
Hot Print/DTF
Advantages: Heat transfer T-shirts, easy to make, convenient and quick. Colorful and beautiful. Photo effects can be achieved.
Disadvantages: Heat transfer T-shirts, low washing fastness, less washing times than screen printing. Breathability not very good.
Heat transfer includes gold print, silver print and reflective print.
DTG Stands For Direct-To-Garment
Advantages: fast sample production, no plate making, no color separation for any pattern, high precision, bright colors, and strong sense of hierarchy. Direct inkjet printing can achieve photo effect.
Disadvantages: high cost, only for cotton, silk, rayon, hemp or cotton polyester and cotton ammonia synthetic fabrics with high cotton content.
Embroidery
Advantages: strong practicability, many varieties of colors, low cost and cheap price, never fall off.
Disadvantage: If there is no padding in the embroidery part, it will easily affect the wearing comfort.
